How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data TillySnap holds about you or your business at any time. To do so, email info@tillycall.com from the address associated with your account (or, for staff members, include the mobile number you send photos from) with the subject "Delete my data".

What we delete

• Your business details and target keywords.
• Any photos, notes and posts we've stored for you.
• Staff phone numbers and your connected Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile access tokens.

We action deletion requests promptly and confirm by email when complete. We may retain a minimal record only where required to meet a legal obligation. Disconnecting a connected account also removes our access to it.
