1. Who we are

TillySnap is a service operated by TillyCall Ltd ("we", "us", "TillySnap"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17402622, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. TillySnap helps local businesses turn photos of completed jobs into social media and Google Business Profile posts. 2. Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups: the businesses that subscribe to TillySnap, and their staff members who send photos and notes to TillySnap via SMS or WhatsApp. It also explains how we handle a business's connected Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile accounts.

3. Information we collect

• Photos and messages you send us — the job photos and the short notes that accompany them, received by SMS or WhatsApp.
• Contact details — the mobile phone numbers of staff who are permitted to send content in, and a number to send results back to.
• Business details you provide — business name, location, services and keywords, used to write relevant posts.
• Connected-account access — if you choose to connect Facebook, Instagram or Google Business Profile, the access tokens and page/profile identifiers needed to publish posts on your behalf. We only use these to post the content you send in.
• Generated content — the captions and posts our system creates from your photos and notes.

4. How we use your information

• To read your photo and note and generate a social caption and a Google Business Profile post for your business.
• To publish that content to the Facebook, Instagram and/or Google accounts you have connected.
• To send the finished posts back to you by SMS or WhatsApp.
• To provide, secure, support and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or messages for advertising.

5. Messaging (SMS & WhatsApp)

When you send a photo or note to our number by SMS or WhatsApp, that message is processed by Twilio (our messaging provider) and by us solely to create and return your posts. WhatsApp messaging is provided through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You can stop sending content at any time; to be removed as a permitted sender, contact your business's TillySnap administrator or us.

6. Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers who process it only on our instructions:

• Anthropic — to generate the wording of your posts from your photo and note.
• Twilio — to receive your SMS/WhatsApp messages and send replies.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — to deliver WhatsApp messages and to publish posts to the Facebook/Instagram accounts you connect.
• Google — to publish posts to the Google Business Profile you connect.
• Our hosting provider — to run the service and store your data securely.

7. Data retention

We keep your business details and connected-account access for as long as your account is active, so the service can run. Photos, notes and generated posts are retained to show your activity history and may be removed on request. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — including deleting your data — email us at info@tillycall.com and we'll action it promptly. See also our data deletion instructions.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access to connected-account credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

10. Children

TillySnap is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know.
